"Stayed for 8 days and I must say it is one of the best apartments I have stayed in. It was spotlessly clean with apartments serviced every day. There was also a welcome pack which was very much appreciated. The staff were very friendly and check in was smooth We had a balcony overlooking the swan river and views across to Perth city. The ferry was a 5 minute walk from apartment which took 8-10 minutes. We would definitely stay again 5*"

"We did not enjoy our stay here. We could not get hold of reception to ask questions about our check-in and had to call over and over before we finally managed to get hold of them. We got married the night before and were staying here as a relaxing end to our wedding weekend. On checkin the lady said "I believe congratulations are in order! We have put a few small things in your room for you :)" and we said "aww that is so lovely of you!" And she smiled. We didn't expect anything at all, but this...
