"Parking was full when I arrived and I was told to park down the hill by the river. There was a graduation party and they were busy. I am a single 60 year old and was expected to lugg all my luggage up a hill on my own, I said I can't do that and was eventually told to park my car outside the hotel. "Fantastic location on the waterfront. We had a great view of the Swan from our 15th floor room. Rooms are great. A couple of minuses: breakfast is poor and overpriced, much better to eat out on the quay; and some staff members were confused and inefficient. But a nice hotel in a lovely place."

"Good location with easy free bus access to the city. We didn't like the emphasis on punishments if we did something wrong. Felt chastised for nothing. I suppose they have a history of people doing damage."
