Lloguers de vacances a Ciutat de Perth

"Awesome"

"Good location and local amenities. Price relative to room condition. Upgraded to 2 bedroom even though only a couple. Appreciated the extra space. Requires some upgrading but was adequate to our needs. Area a little dicey with bottleshops nearby but also had beautiful parks and walking spaces. Didn't feel threatened. Stayed 5 days but was only left 1 small milk and minimal coffee and tea etc. Did get some more from reception. Check was at 3.00pm but could get in till 3.20pm. They were able to...

"Great outdoor area. Nice furniture"

"昨年も宿泊したのですが、外観も内装も改装されキレイになっていました。 その代わり、その分料金が高くなっていました。 事前に確認したいことがあり、メールを送りましたが満足出来る回答はありませんでした。 昨年は、キチンと回答を頂きました。 しかし、キッチンや洗濯機・乾燥機が完備され、とても快適に過ごすことが出来ました。"

"Good price for the location. Right next to the motorway so a little bit of noise but I knew that before booking."

"Choose somewhere else. I felt very uncomfortable staying here. Up to you though!"

"Apartment and parking safe and secure.Host very helpfulRoom was clean and well set upGood facilities"

"A lovely space, for a friend staycation Location is perfect to central Perth. Sleeps 5, at a push. It was clean & tidy. The TV was not in the right position to watch from the lounge suite. A beaitiful big bathroom & laundry area. The shower was not hot, but only warm enough."

"Perfect, able to walk to the Mounts Bay Hospital, Kings Park and into the city. Very roomy and felt like home. Great host and would definitely recommend this apartment on the ground floor."

"A clean apartment with good facilities. The photos are a little misleading, the apartment looks very bright, however the only natural light is in the bedroom and the living area / kitchen is dark unless you have the lights on (even in the middle of the day). The location is central, however the downside is that it is very noisy throughout the night. You can also hear the lift every time it is used. Unfortunately whilst clean, the apartment smelt like it had not been aired well in a while,...

"On checking in for the 3 nights were we advised there was no parking available & had to park at the convention center (high cost); disappointing being you can't book a car park so it's first come basis. We were then also quizzed about the car we had as they thought we had illegally parked out the front. Listing stated daily housekeeping yet reception informed us it's only every 3 days?? Not what I paid for. Found the staff short & poor communicators. Would not stay again."

"Great apartment, nice and clean well presented and appointed, nice easy walk to the Convention Centre. Will stay here again."
