"Nice, big clean room and en suite. Staff downstairs in the pub were friendly, helpful and efficient. Warm welcome as non members at the Tuesday night jazz club - great band on our night. However, globe not screwed in properly in bedside light. Fridge door panel fell off. Fixed both these problems. Couldn't fix the lack of spoons so didn't tackle the complementary cereal. Its a fun place - we will stay again."

"Enjoyed our stay and the great ocean views from our room and balcony on the 17th floor! The beds were very comfortable and the room was well appointed. Staff were lovely and responsive. The breakfast buffet was excellent. The location next to the beach was fantastic and we made use of the bus station nearby and connections to the city along with the array of cafes, bars and other eateries nearby. "I was very disappointed in this stay as there was dirty rooms and no soup in the kitchen to wash your hands,could not even take shower as there were no shampoo or conditioners in the shower,also there was a small refrigerator which door was open and could not use it, would not ever stay there again "
