"My one bed room without windows was very small. An open suitcase took up all the floor space. The TV was difficult to use. Turn it on then select the channels was very difficult. The TV would not turn off. The remote control would turn it on but not off. The hot water kettle worked okay. Clean towels and coffee sugar cream and tea packets are replaced every other day. The staff are very helpful. It's a 5 minute walk to the Queen Street Train Station. Rooms are very small."

"I love this hotel and use it a lot. However this visit was disappointing. Rooms not ready, no access to spa for VIP status, was given a twin room when booked double, shower head had visible dirt on it (muddy) and the ironing board was disgusting with stains and falling apart."

"Stayed two nights. Hotel is well situated but is getting a bit outdated. Bathroom door was poorly repaired. Hotel is quite noisy, all sounds within the hotel seem to carry and the doors slamming was both heard and felt when lying in bed. Breakfast was just basic. "Very nice quiet and clean, and located very close to the downtown. Right on the 500 bus to the airport which took just 10 minutes to reach this morning. A very strange Jekyll and Hyde staff however. The first night they were fantastic and the third night they were absolutely horrible in the restaurant.
