The worst part of the whole stay was the Check-In experience. I'm traveling from America so I only bought internet service (which gave problems several times in France). Sonder sent a pre-authorization form to complete and I couldn't do the last step because the website got into an error. Additionally, I didn't receive any information about the check-in, nor that I needed any codes to enter the hotel lobby. When I arrived to the hotel, nobody opened the door. I waited, went around the corner and saw some people through a window and did some hands signs requesting assistance and nobody came to open the door. I went around the block to see if there was another entrance, no luck. After maybe waiting like 30 minutes somebody finally opened the door. Then, I had to wait for another person to arrive to the lobby because there was no employee there. That employee could have probably been on a lunch break and that's totally fine, if it was but the lobby should have been staffed.
Since I didn't recieved the code that was needed to enter the hotel nor the room, I had to deal with all this situation in which around an hour and 15 mins were lost for no reason. A friend of mine came to the hotel and she translated to me and to the employee, she said she heard my room wasn't available but the employee quickly gave me a room information, so that was not an actual problem and was resolved with no further delays.
