The 15th arrondissement is a pleasant and very lively district. It offers access to many monuments of Paris (Eiffel Tower, Invalides, Ecole Militaire, Place of Trocadero), and is not far from stations (Montparnasse, St lazare) or park (Breteuil, Champs de Mars, Trocadéro, André Citröen).
Very commercial, it has its own shopping center with Beaugrenelle, its streets full of shops as the street of commerce. This neighbourhood is a great location, thanks to its relaxed atmosphere and its security.

WORST EXPERIENCE..AVOID AT ALL COSTS!The state of the unit is immensely misrepresented. There is extensive water damage to the floor and baseboards, causing mould to form. There was food left in the fridge, a non working smoke alarm, and on top of that the shower was not functional due to water filling up in a matter of seconds due to a clogged shower drain. Host was unresponsive and was no help whatsoever. They obviously don’t care about the state of the unit, or their guests wellbeing. Staying in this unit is a health and safety risk.

Stay is ok but instructions are complicated, ac is not working well.

The instructions to check in are very confusing. I had to ask 3 neighbours to help me find the key and everyone said that everyone always has trouble finding the key. So I know I was not the only one. When I called the host to help, they never answered. The air conditioning is not working well, so it was hot and uncomfortable the whole time. We didn’t sleep well at all. The apartment looks bigger in the picture than in real life, so it is misleading.Positives: location is great, it was clean.

Studio bien situé

Studio bien situé dans le 15eme. Belle rue (Convention) remplie de café et commerces. Deux métros à proximité. Suivi avec les responsables ont été clairs et bien indiqués. Nous n’avons pas eu de problème à avoir les clés. Le studio mériterait d’être rafraîchi un peu, mais convient très bien pour un court séjour.

Ancienne boutique transformée en studio simplement équipé et plutôt propre, dans une rue assez calme, mais en rez-de-chaussée sans double vitrage pour l'ancienne devanture, ni fenêtre permettant d'aérer.

Great location!

The location was great and close to a lot of nearby shops and cafes. We really enjoyed our time here. It was simple, clean, and affordable and just what we wanted since we planned to be out and about the city most of the daytime.

Petit studio avec tout le nécessaire pour un court séjour ! L’ensemble de la vaisselle n’était pas parfaitement propre mais dans l’ensemble nous sommes contents de notre séjour dans cet appartement fonctionnel !

Metro ligne 12 des centre a convention

De la Gare Montparnasse Métro 12 descendre à convention tourner à gauche blv Vaugirard juste à côté vous y êtes ! quartier calme l appartement manque de fenêtre mais avec la Clim c est bon ! Après le voisin prenait sa douche à minuit mais là aussi pas de problème nous sommes en vacances
