"Sophie and Daniella at the front desk are very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. The room was beautiful and extremely clean. Great amenities and close to the freeway and Calamigos Ranch, where we were curating florals for a 4th of July weekend wedding. Safe and fabulous. It was a great decision to stay here. I wish my Bonvoy rewards were available when I check in through Expedia. "

"Had an excellent stay here. The staff were all really friendly, especially the front desk. Check-in was easy and we didn't have a single issue the whole time we were there. Our room rate included breakfast, which was awesome. You could order made-to-order breakfast or just get food from the regular buffet, and it was all included. Then the Iranian valet older classy man in a linen suit who was the kindest most helpful person. He was so lovely to my son and his cousin. Joyful and very giving. He was beaming lovely energy. "We paid for a non smoking room and when we got up to our room it smelled horrible!! It smelled like someone just smoked in it. We were not happy as we had 2 small kids with us and did not want them breathing that in. We called the front desk and they didn’t have anything really to accommodate us. We decided to leave instead and thankfully were fully refunded."
