"We checked in, and we booked the larger queen suite. We got there and they didn't have any of those. So they got us into a standard queen suite. I talked to the manager and she just didn't really seem to help kind of different than the last time. I stayed there. They were so helpful in caring. It was a little surprise. Then, when we got into the room, the curtains had black. Looking like either oil or some type of
Grime. There was damage to the walls to the dresser and took pictures down,...

"WARNING: DON'T STAY HERE. I read the previous reviews and took the chance. Won't ever do that again. READ MY REVIEW. I'm not being dramatic, I'm being truthful.
We had many issues during our stay at this property. First, this is not what I would consider a hotel—it is much more like a motel, and unfortunately, it is a dive. It is definitely NOT A RESORT. The pictures are very misleading, and I’m disappointed that Expedia advertises this property as a hotel. There is no elevator, and overall,...

"I've stayed here several times over the past 2 years but the quality of service & overall atmosphere has declined significantly. It started w/watching a manager remove 7+ random people from a room where they appeared to have been living & had left it utterly TRASHED! Throughout the wknd I witnessed women in scanty clothes, "milling about," if you catch my drift, & multiple men carrying large amounts of alcohol coming in and out of a few rooms. The woman staying next to me repeatedly screamed &...

"We couldn't have been more pleased with our stay at this hotel. The site was nicely updated and the rooms were very quiet. Our room was very clean and the staff was extremely helpful during our stay. Breakfast was very good for us in that we were in and out quickly with a satisfying variety. We will stay here again in our future visits to Phoenix. Thank you very much."
