The Space:
Goin' Coastal is exclusively located in the beautiful neighborhood of Magnolia Cottages, Creek Park.  This professionally decorated single family home is tucked away in between The Big Chill and Rosemary Beach, surrounded by endless shops, restaurants & entertainment.  This luxurious 3 Bedroom/3.5 Bath home comes complete with numerous upgrades and all the conveniences of home! ADDED BONUS… This home comes with a 6-seater street legal golf cart, 6 beach chairs, beach towels, beach wagon & is pet friendly!

From the moment you walk through the front door,  time and worries of the world will melt away as you are captured by the serenity of this gorgeous home. The smell of the salt air, the soft rustling of the palm trees and the distant sound of the waves crashing on the beach will instantly transport you.

Goin' Coastal L has been professionally designed with the utmost attention to detail while featuring a light and airy floor plan with a soothing color palette, hardwood flooring and 10ft ceilings.  You will enter the home through a beautiful screened in porch where you can enjoy a morning coffee, afternoon book or an evening cocktail.  The sun filled Living Room has comfortable seating for the whole family with a 50” flat screen Smart TV, it’s the perfect place to kick off your shoes and relax.  It is well suited for families or couples with a fully equipped kitchen, 5 burner stove, stainless steel appliances and quartz countertops.  The Dining Room features a custom built-in banquet that seats 10, plus additional seating at the bar for 4.  Additionally, on the first floor you will find a half bath and laundry room with full sized washer and dryer, iron & ironing board.

There are two master suites - the first floor Master Bedroom features a plush king bed, large walk-in closet with luggage racks, 43” flat screen Smart TV and luxurious ensuite bath with dual sinks and walk-in shower with floor to ceiling tile.

The second Master Bedroom located upstairs, also has a king bed, 43” flat screen SMART TV, closet with luggage racks and an ensuite bath that is unexpectedly bold but timeless and the perfect place to escape with a luxurious shower & dual sinks.  The 3rd bedroom also on the second floor is a playful bunk room with a twin over full bed, 43” flat screen Smart TV and private ensuite bath with a tub/shower combination.

Careful attention has been given to ensure an excellent experience which includes your children and fur babies.  There are games for kids and toys, treats, dog beds, crates, blankets and towels for the dogs.  This home sits on a corner lot with a private, fenced backyard great for both kids and dogs and access to the gorgeous community pool!!

The golf cart allows for convenient access to the private beach entrance (parking available at the front of the neighborhood).  Note that a separate golf cart waiver will be sent after booking.  Drivers' licenses and proof of insurance is required prior to receiving the golf cart lock box code.  You must be 25 years or older with a valid drivers license to operate the cart.

TRANSPORTATION
- Street Legal 6 person golf cart (with signed waiver - must be 25 to operate)
- Bikes are popular on 30A! Should you decide to rent some, a discount code  to a local bike shop will be provided with your arrival information.

- Golf Cart Parking: There's designated parking at the front of the neighborhood between Morgan Street and the Waterhouse condos.

BEACH ACCESS/SERVICE:
- There is deeded beach access directly across from the neighborhood.
- In order to sit near the access, you must rent a "set" (2 chairs and an umbrella) otherwise you may use the access and walk 2 minutes to the right or 4 minutes to the left to the public access.
- Beach Service is provided by a local vendor; information provided upon request

Guest Access:
Guests can access all of the home and share access to the pool and deeded beach access. Guests are also entitled to the the golf cart (waiver to be signed, and pictures of drivers licenses and automobile insurance required). Guests also receive a 10% discount for bikes at a local bike rental company.

The Neighborhood:
Magnolia Cottages by the Sea is a small, discreet neighborhood tucked away between Seagrove and Alys Beaches. It is close to everything, but still offers the comforts of a beach vacation coupled with a quiet getaway.

Getting Around:
The golf cart allows easy transportation and parking to the nearby beaches.

Other Things to Note:
We love dogs and are happy to provide a dog friendly space for your vacation! However, it's important to note that dogs are not allowed on any of the beaches along 30A. There is a dog beach at Pier Park located at 16303 Front Beach Rd. Panama City Beach where Fido can meet some new friends and enjoy our gorgeous Emerald Coast!

We keep coming back to Goin Coastal. Super nice updated house in a great location. It’s perfect for our 6 adults and 3 kids and 2 small dogs. The owner is so accommodating and everything is so neat and clean. Easy access to the beach with the golf cart provided.

We have been staying at Magnolia Cottages for over five years now. On 30a for more than ten, but found our place at Magnolia and continue to return. Our two fur babies love it too. Must say Goin Coastal is the friendliest dog house EVER! Loved it and the fenced in yard! Didn’t use cart, just getting over back surgery ❤️

Incredibly comfortable home while traveling with two ‘fur’ babies. Golf cart was great. Very meticulous and incredibly organized. Beaches are gorgeous and public access was very easy to get to.

We enjoyed the best family gathering week at Goin' Coastal with folks from 3 different cities in Texas (along w/ our four-legged furry canine family members). This home was exactly as represented in the narrative and photos from the listing. The coastal theme furnishings, very well-appointed kitchen, and all of the pet-friendly accommodations made for one of our favorite stays ever. The close proximity to the beach with the golf cart access is so convenient and we took advantage of the convenient beach set-up rentals through Shawn several times. We all hope to make many return trips!

I want to thank the owners for allowing us and our pups to stay in their lovely beach house, we enjoyed every moment of it. First of all, I am a neat-freak and the most important thing to me is cleanliness - this place was sparking clean and perfect. I was very, very impressed. Secondly, the house was well-appointed with one of the best kitchen setups I've seen so far in a VRBO. As an athlete in training, I eat 99% of my meals at home/meal prep - and I didn't struggle for anything. (Usually I will have to improvise or buy things for the kitchen when I stay at properties) - this one had all the appliances, cutlery, etc. we needed and was wonderful. They even had containers to put leftovers in - I was thrilled! It made my life so easy. The beds and bedding were comfortable, they even provided enough towels/toilet paper/cleaning supplies for our entire stay - something most VRBOs do not do. (Thank you!) The only thing I would've loved that the house didn't have was a gas grill outdoors for cooking - but, I also understand that is possibly a liability for them so I get why they may not want to provide one. I loved the sweet neighborhood and the fast walk to the beach. I felt safe and did cardio outdoors every single day without ever worrying. The golf cart was an added bonus - we didn't use it as much as we thought we would, but it sure was fun when we did. Awesome for quick jaunts up to the beach! The house was perfectly set up for pups - I was ever so grateful! Dog beds everywhere, furniture covers if needed, treats to greet the pups, plenty of dog bowls throughout and even cages to put the dogs in when we were away (we usually travel with kennels, so this was great!). The frenchies LOVED this house - their favorite part was sitting on the screened porch and watching the neighbors - which they did 95% of the time. They were in heaven and, again, it made our stay so easy and effortless. The property manager must be commended for their excellent communication style and always getting back to us right away - it was much appreciated! I have never traveled to the Florida panhandle before, but after our stay I will certainly stay at this home again - the owners literally made us feel at home and that was truly wonderful and appreciated. Thank you again for allowing us to enjoy your home!

Our family spent the thanksgiving holiday here with our fur babies. It was exceptionally clean and a great set up for the dogs. They enjoyed playing in the fenced in backyard or sitting on the porch in the morning. The rental was stocked with just enough to allow you to stay the night before running out to get the essentials. The location was fantastic. We only had a short golf cart ride up to the hub or Rosemary beach for dinner. We were beyond pleased with this home and look forward to returning next year.

The house is in a great location, my teens could walk down to the pool easily and the golf cart was perfect for getting us down to the beach! Away from the busy part of 30a but a few minutes from the HUB& Seaside for dinner. Our dog loved all the extra pup touches!

We had such a great time staying here! Amazing location between Alys Beach and Seaside. The access across the road was so convenient and made it so easy for us to drive the golf cart down to the beach! House was super clean and decorated so well! My mom loved the house so much that when we come to 30A again, she already said that she only wants to stay in this house!

My husband and I just enjoyed a wonderful week at Goin’ Coastal with our two children (ages 1 and 3). The home is gorgeous and had everything we needed! It’s convenient to the beach and having the golf cart made it a breeze to haul our things each morning. The pool was also beautiful, and the zero entry access was perfect for our young kids. Given the COVID situation, we dined at home and did takeout a few times - lots of great restaurants close by. The one slight negative is that it’s a new build and there is still much construction happening at the houses surrounding it. It was not a problem for us, but it’ll be more peaceful when the rest of the houses are complete, which should be soon! But even with that, it was perfect for our family!!! And Andrea was super responsive to all my questions.
