New to Management 2025! Stylishly decorated in the warm colors of the Caribbean flair, this 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo unit is the very best of casual elegance and luxury. The wrap around balcony and large windows in the spacious living area take full advantage of the premiere unobstructed views of the Gulf of Mexico. Located in the exclusive Calypso Resort, 1409E is situated on the 14th floor of the East Tower. This condo unit is a perfect place to unwind and find peace of mind during your next vacation. 1409E is equipped with all the modern amenities- high speed internet/ WiFi, flat screen TV's in living area and both bedrooms, fully stocked kitchen with all the essentials, bed and bathroom linens; and a private balcony illuminating the breath-taking views from both the master suite and main living area. The total square footage for this unit is 1,629 sq ft.

The living area is spacious with custom furnishings, as well as providing modern amenities like a flat screen TV, DVD player and high speed internet/ WiFi. The sofa can be converted to a queen/full size pullout for extra guests. Adjacent to the living area is a perfect size dining table.
The kitchen is equipped with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. The large bar counter is a perfect size for breakfast, afternoon snacks or cocktail hour. The cabinets are stocked with cups, plates, utensils, dinnerware, cooking pots and pans.

The master suite is complete with a king size bed, flat screen TV, dresser, and en suite bath. Designed for relaxation, the colors are reflected directly from the panoramic view of the gulf and sand of your private balcony.
The guest bedroom within this exclusive condo is dawned with a peaceful touch of color with a full & twin size beds, dresser, & TV. This is a perfect arrangement for children, teens, or any additional guests who may be traveling with you.
Perfect for couples coming to celebrate a special day, a family with kids, or even two families traveling together. The open floor plan and countless amenities make this luxury beach condo the perfect addition to your beach getaway.

For a limited time, we are offering a FREE RESERVED PARKING space in the gated private parking garage directly under the condos for your Calypso 1409E reservation. The space fits a regular size vehicle.
Your reservation wincludes 2 free beach chairs for the length of your stay with us.

**The HOA charges a mandatory guest registration $60/vehicle/reservation. You will be sent an email with a link to register your car(s) a couple weeks prior to your arrival. Please make sure we know the exact number of cars you will need to register prior to your planned stay.
