Beach Access: The Seacrest Community enjoys private beach access through the Sunset Beach Community, located 0.4 miles from the home. 
Pool Access: The community pool is about a 4 min walk from the home. Wristbands are required to enter the pool. Upon check in, wristbands will be provided by Seacrest.

Located in the world-renowned Seacrest Beach neighborhood is our stunning Shore to Please at Seacrest Beach on 30A, offering spacious accommodations for 12 guests in 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. Thoughtfully designed with guests needs in mind, this luxury home is an ideal place to escape and enjoy the Florida sun and sea breeze.

Making your way through the French doors, you will be greeted by a well-appointed open living space, flooded with the natural light that flows throughout. This lovely coastal cottage features covered porches, granite countertops, tile floors, crown molding, a breakfast bar with seating for 4, dining table with seating for 6-8 and an open-concept beachy style! The generous sized Master King Suite is designed to provide a peaceful sanctuary with a private balcony and spa-like ensuite. There is a second King Master Suite, with a private en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, a Queen Guest Bedroom and a Bunk Room with a set of Full-over-Queen bunks (with pull out Twin XL trundle), which share a bathroom with a shower/tub combo.

Don't forget the two balconies/patios, both with plenty of seating to watch the sunset over Seacrest Beach!
Out back, there’s a propane (provided) grill for barbecuing .

This home is on our Resort Linen and Terry Package with guaranteed fresh linen and terry placed every turn!

Parking & Transportation:
- Parking: There is parking for 3-4 vehicles. There is parking for 3 vehicles in the driveway & 1 vehicle in the garage, with additional parallel parking spots available on the road on a first-come-first-serve basis.
- Bicycles: Enjoy 6 adult bikes to explore 30A in style. Parking passes for each vehicle staying at the property will be available in the Amenity Packet (see above).
- Seacrest Beach Seasonal Beach & Pool Shuttle/Tram Service: Seasonal service from March through October, providing easy transportation within the community, including to the beach and pool.

Beach & Pool Access:
– Deeded Beach Access: The Seacrest Beach North Community enjoys private beach access, just down the street from the home, through the Sunset Beach Community located roughly .3 miles from the home.
– Pool Access: Casablanca is right across the street (about 100 feet!) from the Seacrest Community pool, the largest resort style pool on 30A!
– Beach Chairs: Beach Chairs: Not provided, but past guests often leave some behind. Availability and condition not guaranteed.
– Beach Towels: Not included.

Seacrest Beach Community Check-in Procedure:
Before arrival, guests must complete an online registration form to receive their amenity wristbands and parking passes. This form will ask for the following details:

Rental address
Arrival & departure dates
Number of adults (11 & older) and children (10 & younger)
Year, make, model, color, and tag number of all vehicles parking at the residence
After completing the registration, you’ll receive directions for picking up your wristbands before check-in, ensuring a smooth and easy arrival.

The Neighborhood:
Seacrest Beach is a colorful beach community nestled between Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach. This easy going neighborhood, identifiable by the large beach chair at the front of the community and palm lined streets, is the perfect place to spend your next getaway boasting a 12,000 square foot community pool. Seacrest Beach is within walking or biking distance to the Emerald Coast's famous sugar white beaches and steps to the Seacrest Town Center or Rosemary Beach. The Seacrest Beach town center is located at The Village of South Walton, featuring delectable dining options, shops and bike rentals. Centered within the community is the Seacrest Lagoon Community Pool, which is only heated by the sun. The community pool, open year round, is an impressive 378,000 gallons making it one of the largest community pools in Florida. The amphitheater is a grassy area where concerts, movies, and weddings are held. It can also be a great place for catch or a sunny picnic.

Family of 7 Summer Vacay

This house is Great!! Super Clean, spacious, great layout, loved having the washer and dryer right next to the master suite on the 2nd floor!We have 5 preteens/teens and everyone had their own spaces. Super quick walk to the pool and only a little further to the beach. The bicycles were a hit, all the kids in the area ride bikes at night. We would definitely stay at this house again! We Love this neighborhood and have visited previously. Thanks for sharing your home!

396 Bike beach way review

Property was accurate with pictures and fit our family of five well. Well equipped kitchen, plenty of towels and basics were good. TV in family room worked but ALL FOUR TV's in bedrooms had incorrect remotes that didn't work and tv's couldn't be used. There were NO DIRECTIONS on how to use the complicated TV's and the staff at Beach Walk WOULD NOT RESPOND to our requests for help. When we arrived the upstairs shower curtain between the two guest rooms was badly stained and the guest bedroom that had a closet was a total mess from top to bottom. The downstairs bedroom doors squeeked loudly and we decided to purchase WD-40 to remedy the issue because we were sure that the property manager wouldn't respond to that request as well. We were promised on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday that someone would come to fix the tv's and there was never any follow-up or return phone calls as we had to continue to reach out to them for help but their promises were unfilled which was very disappointing., I want to be fair in that they did fix one issue: when we arrived the grill was a mess and unusable as it was filthy. They sent someone out to clean it and the staff that cleaned it did a good job. This was the ONLY response that the property manager provided to my phone calls that were made from Sunday through Wednesday. This is by far the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I've ever experienced in renting vacation property.

Perfect home & location

The apartment itself was immaculately clean and tastefully decorated, with a perfect blend of modern amenities and cozy, homely touches. The kitchen was equipped with all utensils but did not have basic condiments like salt and pepper. The knives unfortunately were quite blunt, which made it hard to cut any fruits or vegetables. One of the highlights of our stay was the location. Situated right in the heart of the city, we were within walking distance of fantastic restaurants, charming cafes, and all the major attractions. Despite being centrally located, the home was surprisingly quiet, allowing us to relax and unwind after a day of sightseeing. We loved our stay here and would recommend to anyone planning a vacation at Rosemary Beach! We really enjoyed our stay!
