After long days spent soaking up the sun and taking in the best 30A has to offer, you'll come back to a fantastic home boasting three spacious levels, high ceilings, and private balconies - each guest will find their own piece of paradise with ease.

ABOUT THE AREA: Seacrest Beach is one of the charming coastal communities that sits on 30A nestled between Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach. Within the Seacrest community, there is a private beach and just 2 blocks away is the largest resort style family-friendly pool in Northern Florida with over 12,000 square feet of crystal-clear water. Discover your favorite cafe for breakfast in the neighborhood or enjoy the dining, boutique shopping and entertainment just a few blocks from Rosemary and Alys Beach. The stunning white beach is just a short distance away for morning walks or fishing. Golfers you are only minutes away from Camp Creek Golf Club. In the opposite direction, Camp Helen State Park provides a natural environment rich in outdoor fun including birding, hiking, kayaking and fishing on Lake Powell.

AMENITY ACCESS: In order to park and have access to Seacrest Beach amenities, guests are required to complete the online Seacrest Beach HOA Guest Registration packet, prior to their arrival. A link will be sent after the reservation is made. Upon arrival, you can pick up your parking passes and wristbands at the Guest Service Window by the lagoon pool. Guests can enter the lagoon area amenity complex at any of the six gates. There will be a queue outside of the Guest Services office marked by safety yellow beach umbrellas.

BEACH ACCESS: Seacrest Beach community features a private beach on the south side of 30A. There are tram stops though out the community that operate on demand. Upon entering the beach to the left (east), there is onsite chair rental service. La Dolce Vita is the exclusive provider at Seacrest Beach. Guests may bring their own chairs to the beach for set up on the right (west) side of the beach. Prohibited items at the private beach access: wagons, wheeled coolers, tents, and canopies.

Home Truths:
- This home accepts a maximum of 2 pets. But pets must be approved in advance and are subject to an additional fee of $250 per pet. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Attention Guests, please note that there is an additional fee of $2 per day per guest staying at this property in Seacrest Beach. We are required by the Seacrest Beach HOA to collect this fee in order for you to stay in this community and use their amenities. We will collect this fee prior to your arrival.

Parking Details:
- There is parking in front and behind home. Overflow available throughout the community first come first serve. Passes are required which will be provided by Seacrest security

Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.

IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 28 days require a security deposit.

We report and prosecute all Credit Card Fraud.

There is urine on the baseboard in the half bathroom by the kitchen, the carpet throughout the house is stained and generally disgusting, the blankets on the bed have stains, items left in the showers on the second floor, amongst other things... I'm truly appalled.

Great location. Everything from check-in, to getting pool wristbands, to check out was easy and we had no issues. House was clean and we enjoyed using the shuttles to get around.

The house is very cute. The neighborhood is wonderful, great location, the pool is very large, and the tram to the beach is so easy and convenient. We had a few issues that the host was very responsive to. Our a/c was broken but it was fixed very quickly. Also we had an issue with one of our bikes that was resolved immediately. However, the house needs some TLC. There were many things in the kitchen that are just run down, the microwave was fickle, the oven looked like it could fall apart, the fan in the family room shorted out and was never fixed even after bringing it to the owners attention, even the broom and vacuum need to be replaced. Even thought there are enough beds for 12 people, the space it too small for that many. We had 9 people (2 were 14 year old girls) and it was very tight. We had a nice time but we will have to find another house for our next visit.

We enjoyed our 30a escape at 257 Beach Bike Way. The property managers were very friendly, accommodating, and a pleasure booking with. Before our stay we had such a friendly experience when we had credit card trouble and the next morning (a Saturday) the coffee pot broke and immediately they replaced it. Thanks very much for such a easy reservation and booking experience. Loved the neighborhood, proximity to shops, restaurants, bike paths, and the beach. Thanks for a wonderful stay.
