We asked the front desk if it would be possible to get a one-hour late check-out while we processed the new booking online. "Clean and paint your rooms. The view is excellent. Pool party was nice. Lobby is remodeled. The rooms have declined severely. I would pay $150 more per night for remodeled rooms. Its a shame because this hotel was a go to for us 7 years ago. "

"Die Lage des Hotels ist hervorragend. Direkt um die Ecke vom Ocean-Drive und vom Meer entfernt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es auf der Collins Avenue und der kleine kubanische Supermarkt macht hervorragende frische Sandwiches. Das Parkhaus ist nur wenige Meter entfernt und es hat alles super geklappt. Die Mitarbeiter waren super hilfsbereit. "This place has the makings of a great hotel, but the bar below, the unhelpful owner, and the uncleanliness of the place ruins it. The bar was open until 4am, pumping music loud into the night, the owner was unaccommodating, theres no staff on the location after 4pm, and the room has many issues while lacking many of the basic amenities. The staff tries to be helpful, I really think its an ownership issue. The location however, is 10/10. I would recommend to look elsewhere and I would never stay...

"Really nice hotel which we stayed in after departing a cruise. Staff are super friendly and provide excellent service. The room was very good and the location was great for accessing South Beach, Ocean Drive, Washington Avenue and all that there is to do in those location. Restaurants, bars and shopping all really close by."

"Be prepared to park away from the property and walk. The bed is very uncomfortable it feels like you sleeping in inflatable bed. Very noisy place literally since 5am you can hear everybody and walking up and down the stairs. The guy in the front desk in the morning is very friendly. Other than that just to stay to sleep because you are very super tired. It’s ok."
