Upon arrival, guests will check-in at the resort’s front desk using their resort confirmation # just as if they had booked directly through the resort. Full access to the resort’s services and amenities are included with every reservation. Westin Desert Willow is an oasis surrounded by Palm Desert's lush golf courses and the beautiful Santa Rosa mountains. Concierge is always on hand to help! One-bedroom villas feature a well-equipped kitchenette, a private bedroom with a king-size Westin Heavenly Bed, and a washer and dryer. The living room includes a full-size sofa bed and an entertainment center outfitted with a 37” flat screen television. Each and every villa is also equipped with complimentary Wi-Fi.

** New Alcohol Policy - Small, personal coolers (30-quart maximum) may be brought into the swimming pool areas, but personal alcohol (including beer, wine and liquor of any sort) is prohibited. As a reminder, personal sound systems are also not permitted in the pool areas. Please be advised, at check in, you will be required to present a government issued photo ID, including your city of residence. your city of residence will be part of your reservation. I will need that city so I can transfer the reservation, currently in my name, to your name for easy check in. Westin requires name and city of residence. Thank you for your cooperation.
