"As I said to property manager, this might have been the worst bed I have ever (tried to) sleep on. Mattress was so compromised that I ended up turning it over to the "hard" side, which was better, but still awful. Bottom sheet was like sand paper. Scott made himself available and very responsive to a question we had for him.
