"Manager not helpful and defensive when tasked with a simple problem, almost like he is just there to tend to his own personal business. Not good at hospitality, maybe hospitality in the USA is related to not having guests who are disrespectful causing disruption, trashy attitude around the pool area.
Simply I asked the manager if there is a hotel policy on Disruptive behavior around the pool are, The guest was in the pool yelling at her kid for over an hour. Went to the office manager to ask if...

"My family planned a very sort stay and we enjoyed the pool. Our was clean and we liked the fact that they provided some goodies in the kitchen. We did run into a major issue with the A/C not working. The staff were very accommodating with helping us move to a different condo :) Next time we stay in Palm Springs we will book with them again."

"The room was so clean! We stayed in the King Suite and it was lovely. Had a large clean balcony with a great view. The pool was nice and staff very nice. It was great place to take our kids. Also close to amenities. I’m looking forward to coming back!"

"Second time staying here and I genuinely enjoy coming here! It’s super close to downtown; it’s super private, creating a more intimate atmosphere. Clean, simple, and aesthetic (if you care about that!). Great place."

"My traveling group of 7 and I were extremely satisfied with the hospitality of the hotel, it was a great venue for celebrating our 30 year high school reunion. Our villa was cozy, relaxing and well designed for 7 people. We enjoyed how pleasant the hotel pool-bar, mountain views, and calming environment. Definitely, recommend this hotel."
