Palau d'Altamira

Excellent customer service for the price and location fantastic will be back.

Very nice big hotel close to the beach. The pool area was nice and the breakfast was very good.

The main reason I can’t be more positive is the road works outside the hotel. There are major excavations going on with huge piling machines and relentless noise, which quite frankly ruined the peaceful holiday we had hoped for. I am aware that the hotel is not responsible, but we should have been made aware of this before we booked/travelled. It was every day from 7am to 7pm! Some guests left and booked in to other hotels. The other disappointment for us was the room. We paid extra for a room with a terrace, but there was no view or sun as the trees blocked it. Also, unsightly pipe work level with our terrace. Not as the photos advertised! Would not return.
