"Our favorite hotel in the area as they have an outdoor pool, which is unusual, and it’s clean and beautiful. We love staying at this hotel. Our only issues would be that you can’t check until four and you have to check out by 11 so basically we’re losing five hours of time that we’re paying for in a 24 hour period, but I think that’s just hotels who are short on Maid staff? A more appropriate time to check in would be more like one or two. Also, they should not charge for the pool since the room...

"We would definitely stay again. Friendly staff, clean room, comfortable beds. After selecting river view had no issue switching to another room as the first did not have a tub for the kids. The restaurant on site is definitely worth a visit very good food, handmade pasta, plus a kids menu that wasn’t advertised but available, which was a nice surprise. Great Hotel but we did have a few issues. Every time we walked down the hall to our room we would get a slight sewage smell, not sure if a room...

"My husband and I stayed here in May after spending a week in Hampton Bays for a wedding due to an early morning flight out and conflicts with the train schedule. The room was very clean and spacious. Breakfast your typical continental breakfast. Everything was fresh and staff kept the area clean and replenished. The hotel is conveniently located by the Jamaica Center Station and the AirTrain to JFK. We would definitely stay here again in the future."

"Deplorable. People are smoking on the grounds and there’s mold and mildew everywhere. You’re better off sleeping on the grass outside the property. It’s probably cleaner too!"

"Neat and tidy property just 10 minutes from JFK airport. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. Staff is very helpful and pickup drop to the airport works well. Main issues are: very high pricing, crummy neighborhood with no decent place to eat and no lunch/dinner food available at the hotel."
