A renovated top floor, entire private flat with a large bedroom, bathroom, kitchen/diner/ living room with a pull out sofa bed with great views WITH PARKING. 2 minute walk to the vibrant Cowley Road and a 5 minute walk to Magdalen bridge which leads you straight to the historic city centre. 8 minute walk London & Airport Bus stop. Communal door to main building with lockable door to the self contained flat. High Speed Fibre optic WIFI is present in the flat and smart TV with free sat channels.

- A luxury, spacious double bedroom with a wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside cabinet and space under the bed for storage and within the bedroom and a large comfy double bed.

- Modern spacious open plan kitchen/dining room/living room with cooking appliances, including a fridge, oven/cooker, dining table with 3 chairs , toaster, kettle. Within this space there is the pull out sofa bed for 1 person to sleep on and also a smart TV with free sat channels.

There is space to hang coats and put luggage in the open plan kitchen/diner/living room.

Clean spacious bathroom with shower, toilet sink and shaver sockets.

Extremely close to the Cowley Road & Oxford City centre and a short drive from the Oxford Business Park.

Entire flat situated on the first floor (double bedroom, lobby, bathroom & open plan kitchen/living room)

I provide tea, coffee and sugar for all guests.

The flat is a second floor flat with a communal entrance to the main building.

5 minute walk from Magdalen Bridge and the historic city center and 2 minutes from the lively Cowley Road full of places to eat and many bars.

The local bus stop is very close and busses run regularly straight into the city centre if you don't want to walk.

The train station is around a 20 minute walk or a taxi can take you there for around £5.

The London bus stop is a 5-10 minute walk away with busses every 10 minutes to London or Heathrow/Gatwick airport situated on 'St Clements'.

By foot or by hire bike (pay as you go such as OFO or Pony Bikes) or by taxi or bus which is a 30 second walk away.
