At Pentecost and Christmas / New Year's Eve the prices of the A-season apply.
For bookings of 7 nights over Whitsun, the price of B season applies.
On departure Saturday / Sunday in July / August a surcharge of EUR 22.00 will be added to the additional costs. When traveling with a pet, an additional fee of EUR 16.00 per pet will be charged. This fee is calculated after the down payment on the balance! In case of cancellation after the conclusion of the booking contract, a fee of EUR 56.00 will be charged. This cancellation fee will be deducted from the deposit paid and the deposit still to be returned will be refunded. Bed linen (10 € / person) and towels (7 € / person) can be rented. Please inform us in this regard after completing the booking, so that we can still calculate according to and before your arrival, the bed linen and / or towels for you or can be prepared.

Waren mit befreundeten Ehepaar in einer Ferienwohnung mit zwei Schlafzimmer. Die Wohnung bot alles so wie angeboten. Sie ist geräumig und liegt in nicht zu weit vom Strand. Es lässt sich alles gut erreichen. Kommen gerne wieder.

Gute Ferienwohnung

Gute Ferienwohnung mit sehr guter Ausstattung. Leider ist das Bett im Dachgeschoss zu klein für 2 Erwachsene und die Lage unter der Dachschräge nicht zu empfehlen. Für Kinder aber ausreichend. Ansonsten sehr gerne wieder.

Der Urlaub in Prerow war wieder super, die Unterkunft wirklich schön (es war alles vorhanden), geräumig und sauber und die Gastgeber sehr freundlich und zugewandt. Wir kommen gern wieder ....

Toller Kurztrip an die Ostsee

Wir hatten Glück, dass wir dieses Objekt noch relativ kurzfristig buchen konnten. Die Buchung, Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter, Anreise, Check-in Aufenthalt und schließlich die Abreise waren angenehm und unkompliziert. Die Unterkunft ist sauber und schön eingerichtet. Es ist alles da, was man braucht. Wir kommen jeder Zeit gerne wieder.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub. zu verbessern wäre: Sitzmöglichkeiten auf dem Balkon (doch sehr unbequem) und es war morgens laut durch Autotüren und Motorgeräusche ( Parkplatz vorm Fenster)
