"First time booking this place and I loved it! it had everything I needed. Room was cozy and comfy. Came with milk and tea which was lovely. Shower was amazing with great pressure. There was a perfect view of the sky tower so I was able to watch the fire works on NYE. Then Dinner at gladstone was another added bonus. The fact that you dont have to go round and round for parking is also another added bonus. Would totally stay here again! thank you so much -"

"We loved this hotel. The parking is next door. Just aim at hotel entrance and you will get there. Be aware of the tight parking spaces. The reception is on the 4th floor and all of the floors below are groceries, food courrt and some shopping The room waa big and clean and comfortable. Easy walk everywhere. I love the most how quiet it was considering location. We added parking and breakfast to the booking and it was great, worth it."

"Had our room changed because first room had nasty stain on carpet. Coffee machine was missing and so was some of the furniture. 2nd room was excellent and of the usual standard we expected from cordis. Max in the desk couldn’t have been more accommodating if he’d tried and remained warm, friendly and extremely helpful in the face of our complaint. All staff were friendly, warm and welcoming. Spa and pool were in excellent condition and water was clean and warm. New pool towels were lovely as...
