Inside, you'll find a beautifully designed space, with modern conveniences. You'll love the spacious open-concept living area, with large family dining table and fully equipped kitchen. The Queen bedroom (with ensuite bathroom) is located downstairs while the King bedroom suite, and Mickey Mouse themed children's room are on the second level. The King bedroom comes with a laptop-friendly dedicated workstation, baby crib, and sparkling ensuite bathroom. Each bedroom comes with its own smart TV and the home is connected to high speed WiFi. The kids will love the upstairs lounge area, which features an air hockey table for your entertainment, and additional sofa bed for guests.

You’ll be in a fantastic location too - just a short drive from all the excitement—whether it’s the magic of theme parks, great restaurants, or the best shopping spots. Whatever you’re into, it’s all right at your fingertips, with your townhome being the perfect retreat to unwind after a fun day in Orlando. There’s also a selection of world-class golf courses within the nearby vicinity, including Highlands Golf Reserve and Legends Golf & Country Club.

There is free onsite parking available for 2 cars, in front and across the street of the townhome. Parking is on a first come, first served basis.

The area stands out with its rolling hills and prime spot along Lake Minneola, part of the Clermont Chain of Lakes.
