Beautiful place

There was only one negative even though they were under construction. If you have 3 families (3 vehicles) coming in you have to park one car off site. Very inconvenient and very expensive and irritating. This is not the condo's fault but it should someway be paid for or the parking situations should be made to lower their prices. It was ridiculous. They have you trapped. The site was close but it was not secure, the place was not responsible for your car, it just sat there for $25 a day! That is highway robbery. Other than that, this place is perfect!

This condo had live music by the pool , right on the beach , around Walmart and Publix and other really good and nice restaurants, parking good too ! We went when they were doing construction but still really nice.

First Family Vacation with 3 generations

Our condo location was excellent. The view and overall inside of the condo worked out great. However, my husband was a police office for 35 years prior to retiring...and safety/security is extremely important to he and our family. We arrived to significant construction around our condo building and next door to the sister condo. The main issue to that is I was NOT made aware prior to renting out this space at FULL price. Issues: 1. The parking was limited to the amount of parking spaces required for the workers and their equipment. 2. Overflow parking was across the street ...and we were leery of leaving our vehicle there without assurance that it was being monitored. 3. NO parking passes were present upon arrival in our condo. We had several conversations with the parking guard(s) over a 24 hour period. At one point, my son-in-law's car rcvd a notice that it would be towed if parking pass was not placed correctly. Talking multiple (3) times to condo management...we were told to write a note and put in our dashboards....but, his car still rcvd notice of the threat of towing. That was a major distraction when you are going for a relaxing trip and worry for the first 2 days if your car will still be there or not. Finally rcvd our parking at the end of day 2. 3. The noise and disruption of the construction was another issue. The noise of construction could be easily heard from our balcony and down at poolside. Again, not the relaxing experience we thought we
