"Check in staff was rude , not helpful and breakfast lady was so rude . She lacked cleanliness. Was using bare hands to push garbage down and then would pick and clean things without cleaning washing hands . Was only putting couple bagels at a time . Not helpful at all "

"A decent hotel for the price. I’ve stayed at many Hyatts and this one did not specifically live up to the standard of those ones. The hotel itself is not clean. I assume when the rooms are cleaned the floor is vacuumed so why not continue into the hallway. The first floor was very dirty as well due to the traffic, a quick sweep once an hour or so would be a huge plus. My room was not cleaned during our two night stay, not a big deal but our trash was full and we needed our towels replenished....

"The furniture & carpet have definitely hosted many travelers but it was still very clean. The woman who checked us in & who i believe was tending to the breakfast were extremely kind & hospitable. The breakfast was different & new from other hotel breakfasts & i loved it. We enjoyed making the waffles & adding tummy toppings. We wished it were warmer to utilize the outside sitting & grilling area."
