Enjoy a get-away in this beautifully renovated 4 bedroom/3.5 bath townhome in the Bear Trap Dunes community. The location of this darling townhome is unbeatable, just steps away from the beach shuttle stop, driving range, club house, and the 18-hole golf course. This retreat has been completely remodeled and tastefully decorated for the perfect beach vacation. Golf may be purchased through the Pro Shop. To access amenities, renters may purchase passes at the prevailing rate established by the association. Passes may be purchased up to the allotted housing limit by accessing the website or purchasing at the Pavilion during normal operating hours. Children under the age of 4 do not require a pass.

The main bedroom on the first floor has a king bed and ensuite full bath. The second floor boasts a second main bedroom with an ensuite and two additional bedrooms. At night, enjoy streaming a show on the large smart TV in the living room complete with comfy couches. There are four TVs throughout the home, so entertainment is assured no matter where you are. Enjoy a meal in the well appointed kitchen with a Keurig coffee maker and stainless steel appliances. Additionally, there are multiple places to relax outside, with the screened porch, sunny deck, or wraparound front porch.

Linens will be at the property prior to check in. Linens include sheets for all beds, and bath towels.

Look no further than the amenity-rich community of Bear Trap Dunes. Amenities include 1 outdoor pool, an indoor pool, a fitness center, a beach shuttle, 6 tennis courts, saunas, and hot tubs. Bear Trap's restaurant, "The Bear's Den", a driving range, and golf pro shop are all in the community and a short drive or walk from the property.

Great vacation rental in a nice community

Property came as advertised, was clean and linen and towel service was convenient. Central location to Rehoboth, Bethany and Fenwick. Bear Trap Dunes amenities are also great. Highly recommended.
