Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Beautiful and perfect vacation home

The ambiance and location of the condo was absolutely perfect. It was spacious and comfortable for my family of 9. It is ideal for beach lovers, anyone who loves hearing the water, and likes enjoying boardwalk scenery.The appliances in the home were not very clean. I provided feedback to the property management company, that they should really consider changing their cleaning services.Otherwise, a perfect family weekend getaway. I would return.Thwawater

Condo was dirty. Found a receipt in bed room from 8/24. It’s 1/25. Amount of dust in room with air unit was crazy. No can opener. Microwave oven door handle broken. Asked for early check in off season and was told not available good unit just not well managed

Family weekend

It was a perfect place for me, my husband, my sister, our daughter and our 2 young men grandsons! Of course it was made even better to see all the CARS that weekend especially when they drove down the boardwalk right in front of our condo.

Great time at wonderful location

Absolutely loved this condo. There were 5 of us and we had a wonderful time. The weather cooperated and we were able to walk on the Boardwalk. It was wonderful that linens were provided and the beds were made! We certainly will keep this property in our minds if we return!

Great location, nice condo

The condo was really nice. The location was great. Getting into the condo the first day was a challenge. I had read others had similar experiences. But we had 2 different codes. Neither worked. While standing outside in the drizzle and cold, I called the 800 number that was in my text, but they weren’t local and couldn’t help. They said they would put in a ticket for the local management company. 30 minutes later I was able to find a local number and called directly. They were able to get me in. I still don’t know what happened to my “ticket”with the 800 number. No telling how long I would have been standing there waiting for a return call if I hadn’t found the local number. They really do need to resolve the issues with their door code. Otherwise, the condo was very nice and location was perfect. We would definitely stay there again.

We enjoyed our stay

The first day was rough. After waiting for check-in, we were unable to get inside our condo. It took an hour after calling for us to give up and call them again only to have to them give us a different code (when we were told during the 1st call that we would receive a text if they get a new code). That was very unprofessional in my opinion. We had 4 kids with us and all of our belongings. We found the dining room chairs wobbly and not secure. Maintenance came and put some screws in to hold the chairs. It helped to make them more stable but not much more. That night after reaching for a bath towel a moth flew out of it. I have never had that happen before. On the last day, we noticed that the light switches in the bathroom we weren’t using were not working (we were using that bedroom with the attached bathroom for our son in his pack and play). It wasn’t a big deal because we didn’t need the bathroom. We just went in for extra towels and noticed the light switches did not work (there was a set of 4 or 5 on the wall and none of them worked). Maintenance said they would fix it after we leave (we told them there was no rush due to us not needing that bathroom and it was out last night there). Other than those few issues, we enjoyed our stay. It was conveniently off the boardwalk so when we wanted to walk the boardwalk, we didn’t need to drive. The view was beautiful with the beach and ocean. We saw every sunrise from the balcony (except for the rainy day we had). We recommend.

Great Family Stay

My family and I vacation at Ocean City yearly and this property was the best we’ve experienced. Very spacious, well furnished, and a large balcony with a fantastic view. We will definitely choose this property in the future.

Nice weekend

We had a lovely stay at this apartment. The view and balcony are incredible. There is a lot of comfortable seating and great table to gather around. Everyone slept well. The biggest downside was the sliding door in the master bedroom - it is broken and wind comes through all night long. Both sliding doors are very difficult to slide. But the parking is great, building very secure, and location is right in the middle of the boardwalk. All in all, a very fun family weekend.

Bathrooms were not cleaned very well and also doors going out onto balcony one was duct taped together and the one in the living room was hard to slide. Very nice place just may need to tell housekeeping to clean a little better and fix the doors. Other then that great stay

Great Location, needs maintenance

The location of the unit is superb. Down on 6th street, close enough to walk to the rides and games or spend all day out on the water/beach. Spacious, well laid out rooms, great amenities. The unit is dated and could use quite a bit of updating. In addition, the unit was not very clean upon arriving. There was a dishwasher full of dirty dishes. Sand throughout the unit on all the floors. Sand in one of the showers. Soap scum all over walk in shower enclosure. And worst of all, the dangerous sliding glass doors. The set in the master suite was unusable as the glass was separating from the frame of the door. The living room set of sliding glass doors was very hard to maneuver open and close. Both sets of doors need a lot of maintenance. Overall, a decent stay but leaves much more to be desired. Will not be returning.
