Opportunities are limitless, as you can lounge in your own private swimming pool (pool heating for an additional fee) or take a short walk to the end of the quiet street to dip your toes into the Oak Island sandy shore. Take a leisurely walk down to the pier or to nearby shops. There is even more fun to be had just a short drive away in Oak Island and surrounding towns. Lots of palmetto bugs in house do you not spray?

Was suprised to get there and find the cleaning lady and her kids using the property. We could not access the house because the battery at front door keypad was dead, she had another code and let us in. Maintenance came by and replaced the battery.
