"Let me just start with the room, it was spacious it was modern it was quit, and clean! and beds were very comfortable, now the staff, staff is amazing quickly proceed our incoming and outgoing stay, The parking lot is safely lit and fenced in on the property. The check out time is a winner 11:00 am !! And the breakfast is amazing!!!"

"Excellent price, location and service. Despite road proximity, our stay was quiet and comfortable (excellent mattress(. Housekeeping was thorough, and even included a bundle of worn towels to use for car cleaning, etc.
With so many good tea and coffee places and bakeries (Model Bakery!), we did not miss having a hotel buffet breakfast that is often subpar. We have a new favorite when visiting our family in the Walnut Creek area."

"All the staff were friendly and helpful, room and amenities were clean and updated. Breakfast was great. Today was Mother’s Day and one of the staff members working the breakfast gave a rose to the mom guests - such a thought and appreciated gesture! Would definitely stay here again."

"Wonderful stay convenient shuttle to six flags. One night stay with great amenities like the pool/ jacuzzi open till 10pm. The breakfast was decent and had a lot of options. Rooms feel modern and the products smell amazing. The whole property is cute. Best mini vacay ever! Will def be back. "

"Came back about 10 days ago . And I’m already looking forward to visit again.
The location of the hotel is great!
3 minute walk from the beach , pier 39 is a 3 min walk , the cove is 10 minutes walk . Lots of restaurants and shopping.
The hotel is well maintained , very clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful.
Breakfast is awesome and has everything you could ask for in breakfast buffet . Fresh and clean .
The room is nice and clean .bedding is very comfortable .

"Unless you have a special need to be within close proximity of Pier 39, go elsewhere. Property is dated, they’ve tried their best to present a modern feel but it’s a 60’s building (possibly older) that has been revamped.
Rooms are tidy albeit tight annd the bath/ shower feels like you’re in a residence that should be charging a lot less. Hygiene staff attentive and thorough, check in staff were indifferent (would make it a rule to not drink Dunkin Donut branded Iced Coffees whilst on desk)....

"Plenty of parking around the facility and it's in a nicer area so there's not really a feeling of not being safe (although you always have to be aware). Unfortunately I didn't partake in the breakfast, but in general the eating/lounge area is nice and clean. Staff always greeted with a smile when coming and going. Unfortunately the bathroom is a miss. Toilet is too close to the wall, toilet paper holder is right at your leg when sitting down and because of that is always loose. Unfortunately...

"The location was ok not great! The towels were not soft. Our faucet in the bathroom were not functioning properly. It only had one temperature setting.
I expected a more modern hotel. It needs to be updated for sure!! We had a King room with a view and there wasnt any view since we only saw the corner of two streets!
I am not sure how this hotel had such high ratings. I would have expected it to be more modern!! Since the amenities were old not sure if it clean or not!!
