Located at 1707 Perrin Drive, Malibu Pointe is a condominium resort with a Caribbean Flair. This 3 bedroom 3 bath unit has 1 King in the master bedroom, 1 Queen in the 2nd bedroom & 2 Fulls in the 3rd bedroom, sleeping 8 people.

This spacious condo has all the comforts of home while on vacation at the beach. There is an excellent ocean view from this 7th floor balcony. All bedrooms and living room have a flat screen TV. Your entire family can enjoy whatever cable channel they desire. There is a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and Granite countertops. The appliances include built in microwave, dishwasher, flat top stove, oven and refrigerator. There is also a full size washer and dryer in unit as well as free Wi-Fi.

For amenities on the property there are outdoor and indoor pools, a hot tub along with a delightful lazy river and a kiddy pool. For those adults that like working out there is a glass enclosed exercise room with a wonderful view of the ocean and the pool areas. This property is NOT motorcycle friendly!!

Family Friendly and Spacious

Overall, excellent experience with the vacation rental. Responded to our needs immediately. We would stay here again in the future. Location is perfect for family, especially accessing the beach front. Parking is plentiful, pools were great, balcony offered perfect views of the ocean, workout room was a nice extra. The kitchen was perfect for our cooking needs!

Only stay as a last resort

We weren't able to get into our condo until 4:30pm. About 10 minutes after getting in the inspector came by to see if everything was ok, we didn't have enough time to check everything. After he left we found out the TV in the 2 double bedroom wasn't working and we went 3 days until it was fixed. The jets in the master bathroom tub didn't work. We received a credit of $80. They gave us $50 for the late getting in and $30 for TV and jets.

Family beach retreat

False Advertisement

This property needs a major upgrade. There is mold in the kitchen and master bathroom. The beds are hard as rocks. The jetted tub in the master bath does not work. Can not control the shower head. The sinks in the master baths clogs up. This property I will never go back too. I do not recommend. We stayed 5/18/23-5/21/23 The location is ok and you can see the ocean off of the deck. The only plus for this stay.

Roomy condo

The condo was very roomy. Rooms were large and spacious. The AC stopped working twice, but was fixed promptly. The condo could use a deep cleaning. The vents were dirty. The beds were clean. The beach is nice there, but the drainage pipes take away from the beauty. (That’s no fault of the condo)

Great location!

Let me start by saying this location is absolutely perfect with a great view! My biggest complaint is the house keeping and items you’re left. When we checked in the floors and counters were sandy. We were given 1 roll of toilet paper in each bathroom. With a family of 6 that was not enough. There was also only 1 trash bag for the trash can. Master bathroom shower has mold, vent about toilet has a thick layer of dust on it. Sliding door off the family room does not lock and both are hard to open. Elevator broke during our stay, walking 5 flights of steps after a long day was not fun. We got lucky with our check in as we did not have to wait long. They have a ton of people checking in so be prepared to wait in line. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Everything was as expected. This is a good choice for family or couples with each bedroom having its own bath. Convenient location. We were so glad that we chose North Myrtle Beach area. Myrtle Beach itself has really gone down hill in the last 20 years. It’s no longer a place for young children!

Loved the condo, Hated the cleanliness

Let me start by saying this condo is beautiful and in a great location in North Myrtle but my issues are with housekeeping, when we got there the floors, counters and stands were so dirty, We spent our first full day their cleaning with cleaning supplies we had to go buy bc they didn’t supply any so we could feel comfortable which sucked bc we were only there for 7 nights and then the real kicker was we had to check out by 10 and housekeeping tried to show up between 8:30-8:45 and kick us out to clean, literally stood outside our door for 20 minutes when I already told them I had until 10 until I opened the door again and said I will not be out of here until 10, I just wish they would of had that attentiveness before we came

Fun family stay

It was over all great and listing very accurate. One of the bathroom sinks needs the attached sink stopper fixed you have to use your hand to hold it up to drain so we couldn’t use it. The sliding glass doors to balcony takes a really strong person to open and close because the track had so much sand and greasy stuff that it made it hard to deal with. Overall though me and my family loved the place and location!

First time in Myrtle Beach and loved our stay at this property. We will definitely be back. This property is amazing walking distance from Shops and just short drive from the attractions. The one thing that could use an upgrade is the bed in the master bedroom but other than that everything was amazing!! I would highly recommend this property.

In desperate need of a deep clean!

Rental was spacious with plenty of room for our family of 4. We arrived on a Saturday, after hours. Our packet was ready and easily accessible making the check in process extremely easy. When we arrived at the rental we noticed the lock on the balcony door was broken/non existent. We did report this first thing Monday morning and maintenance arrived shortly after to replace the broken lock. Unfortunately I would not return to this rental. The beds were extremely uncomfortable, as well as the pillows. The kitchen has just he basics, no extras. The cupboards were dirty inside along with some of the dinnerware. Overall we were very disappointed in the cleanliness of the unit. There were hand prints all over the sliding door when we arrived. The floors looked clean but they were far from it. My children's feet were black from walking barefoot after a short time. The vent in the master bathroom was covered with dust and clearly hadn't been cleaned in quite some time. This unit definitely needs a deep clean from top to bottom.
