"Building is a converted office. Room was on the 10th floor. Common parts of the building away from the apartments could do with some improvements. Amazing value. Very clean and well laid out property with instant heating and good features. Check in was tricky as asked to pay a second time. But that was a simple misunderstanding. Would really recommend for a comfortable night's sleep."

"Very clean room, very comfortable bed. Bathroom is lovely and shower is great. Hallways are a little dated decor wise but apart from this all good. Staff are super friendly and helpful. Over night car park charge of £16. Did not dine in restaurant on this occasion or use the leisure facilities as we’re visiting friends. Would happily stay again."

"Rooms in The Manor are tired and in need of decorating. Bathrooms look fairly new which is great but the actual bedrooms at usually £148 a night are in dire need of updating. We had no hot water for the first night as there was a problem with the boiler. Staff couldn’t have been more helpful, but I feel they hear a lot of the same complaints most of the time. Breakfast was amazing, so much choice. The shuttle service was great too but the car parking charges are excessive!! Drinks at the bar...

"Staff were really friendly on arrival, had already filled up and heated the hot tub. Room was clean and was lovely to stay in, couldn’t ask for more. Will defiantly use again"

It would have been great to have a coffee machine that brewed fresh coffee or at least a simple coffee maker with whole beans. However, there were hot food options available for a traditional British breakfast, which I found to be very nice. The hotel is conveniently located near the train and bus stations, as well as a shopping...
