"The only criticism I would have is the lighting. The rooms use pin spots that don’t disperse light and leave the other area’s dark. Similar in the restaurant for breakfast. What didn’t help is our room didn’t have any natural light. All in all, great location, and a great place to stay"

"The tv in the room didn’t work. One of the lamps was broken. To use the cold tap you turned it on then had to turn it off again to make it work. There was marks all over the bedroom walls and on the windowsill. This is the 3rd time we have stayed here and the first time we have been disappointed."

"AC wasn’t working until a couple or hours later. Some of the outlets did not work. Hair dryer was broken. The fire alarm went off at 0230 and they were no announcements. Tried to contact the front desk and there was no answer. Lift at the entrance was not working and we had to haul luggage up the stairs. No help available to assist."

"Clean room, curtain and light controls at the bedside. Excellent and attentive staff. Bus stop right in front of hotel and a short walk to Vauxhall station. Great location and view of the river. "

"Beautiful hotel in a great neighborhood. Very quiet, very comfortable room. Everything was clean and comfortable and the staff was very nice. They upgraded us to a room with a balcony and that was lovely! There is massive construction going on at the building next door so we were woken up at 8am by drilling etc, but we were out and about all day so it wasn’t too much of a bother. Just something to keep in mind if you’re hoping for a quiet lay in. Beautiful walk across Green Park, easy access to...
