Empire Hotel
"Air conditioning don’t work, they switched us rooms after 16 hours of our room being 89 in 100 degree weather. No accommodations. We were told a price for valet parking for the bill it was almost 60 dollars more. Staff were not helpful or polite. Not clean and very outdated."

NEW YORKER BY LOTTE HOTELS
"This was a very busy hotel, lots of large groups of young people and so some queues were long (check-in/out)! Overall cleanliness not great, but OK. Small room, but again OK if you're not spending much time there. Great, Central location though."

Sheraton New York Times Square Hotel
"Our check-in process was the best. I forgot our agent’s name, but after a forever long wait in line at check in, he made the process seamless, helped us get an upgrade, and explained the amenities. He was so nice, and set the tone for our visit!!!"
