"The location of this property is truly its best feature. It is situated in a fantastic spot within the village and offers a particularly beautiful view. Unfortunately, the state of the house itself was a major disappointment.Upon arrival, we found the house in an unacceptable condition. "The hotel is in an outstanding location, just steps away from the Spanish Steps . The rooms are exceptionally clean, and the hospitality is excellent . A special thank you to **Parisa**, who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable with her kindness and professionalism .
The Trevi Fountain is only a few minutes’ walk from the hotel, and there are plenty of great restaurants and cafés right outside the property .

"Vespucci Place was an amazing place to stay and the staff were so kind and accommodating. The room was extremely clean and there was an option for breakfast which was really lovely. We would 10000% recommend to other travelers for a comfortable and clean stay. There was also an elevator which was nice for all our stuff!"

"A lovely, clean, well equiped and spacious apartment a short walk from Re Di Roma metro. The local area was pleasant with all the necessary shops and cafes, restaurants nearby. We had some great pizza. It was an easy stroll down to the Colosseum and into the heart of Rome. Giulia was a good host, easy to communicate with and replied promptly to any questions. I would recommend staying here "

"Fantastic property in an excellent location! Our room was very spacious, beautifully decorated with an elegant yet comfortable style and was absolutely spotless. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which was especially appreciated during the hot Roman summer.
Communication with Ana, the property manager, was excellent. She was responsive, prompt, and provided all the information we needed before and during our stay.
