"The hotel was exactly as described in photos. Clean, classy and very good value for money. We couldn’t hear any guests within property. Shower was powerful and nice and bathroom was clean. Bed comfortable, duvet thick but airy which was the perfect combo. Outside space from the room was well presents and clean. No bad smell and easy check in. "Hotel is just on the outskirts of the town centre, making it easy to get to, and easy walking distance from most areas. Directly across from Drakes Circus shopping centre. Parking in the nearby car park is useful and cheap for 24 hours. The lift in the car park seems to be permanently out of order, so we walked up/down the entrance ramp with our suitcases, which was much easier than climbing the stairs - one to consider if you have mobility issues.
