Welcome to the Lodge! This specific 2 bedroom unit uses vintage charm and modern elegance to create a one of a kind experience paying homage to the building's roots of McDonald's restaurants.
With premium amenities and creature comforts we've created the perfect home away from home just miles from Downtown, Airport & Opryland.

The Space:
You will be welcomed by vintage McDonald's artwork throughout the unit. Upon entry, the full kitchen is striking with state of the art appliances and ample kitchen space to have a great meal from home. Right off the kitchen is a walk in laundry room with space to wash and fold clothing. The living area features a big comfy couch and smart TV to stream all your favorite shows an movies. Down the hall you will find out twin bunk room with two twin bunk beds and a work space. Directly next door is the walk in shower and bathroom! Further down the hall is the king bedroom and en-suite bathroom. There is a Kroger grocery store just across the street from the Lodge for any last minute groceries items or late night snacking needs that may come up! Have an electric vehicle? We have an exclusive EV charger just for you in our parking lot. Once settled, guests can explore the building's amenities, including a fitness center and steam room.

☆In-unit laundry: Our premium washer & dryer is offered for our guests convenience!
☆Work Space: if working from home when in Nashville, our guests are provided with a dedicated work space to ensure they have the space they need to do so.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to their private unit, ample free outdoor parking on premises, and by request only, the building gym and steam room. To obtain access to the building gym and steam room, please review the house rules section and contact our team for directions and access!

Entry access will be via the door app, Latch. You will be required to download this app to gain entry to the building. 48 hours prior to check in, you will receive an email invite to the app. Further direction to access the property and your unit will be sent to you via text message the day before your arrival.​​​​​​​

Interaction with Guests:
Our LOCAL team is on call and ready to assist you with any needs, 24/7. If you need anything at all during your stay, please call or text our team for the quickest reply. If you would like recommendations while in Nashville, just ask! We are always available to steer you in the right direction.

Other Details to Note:
★Upon booking, guests will receive a text from our team with a rental agreement. The agreement is to acknowledge our house rules as well as provide your email address which allows us to invite you to the door app for check in!
★Entry access will be via the door app, Latch. ★Rest assured, our team is around 24/7 for any emergency that may arise.

★NO SMOKING, the property is 100% smoke free. No smoking in the unit, building, or on any balcony. There is a $300 minimum fine for any evidence of smoking or smell mitigation required.

Donelson Tennessee is a great neighborhood West of Nashville! Just 5 miles from Downtown Nashville, The Airport and Opryland. Enjoy some local businesses in the area. Ask our team if you would like any recommendations!

There are rideshares all over the city from Uber & Lyft. They are easy to call anytime day or night. Pro traveler tip: download all apps to your phone so you can compare prices and get the cheapest option!

TAXIS
See the ride share option above, taxis are available however few and far between and can be quite pricey in Nashville. There are so many taxi companies that we really cannot recommend any one over another, and we encourage you to investigate rates and reviews to find one that suits your needs.

ELECTRIC SCOOTERS
There are a few electric scooter companies in Nashville. You'll need to have a license and a credit card to gain access to them via their apps, but they can be a super easy and efficient way to get around town during the day. Please use caution, follow all road rules, and never use them while intoxicated.

Great unit. Clean, large rooms, conveniently located equally between downtown and the Hermitage. Appreciate fun McDonald’s theme. Like the toiletries.

Immaculate. INCREDIBLY spacious…every single space from the bathrooms to the laundry, living & bedrooms & hallway!Easily accessible from major interstates. Fantastic gym accessible 24/7 during stay. 100% quiet at all times even though the building had other guests and daytime users of the business portions. Showers were the biggest I’ve ever seen (proportional to the extra square footage in every other space). The owner of the building and regional McDonalds franchise owner has his corporate office next door. We ran into him a couple times in the lot as we were leaving for our daily adventures; he was very personable, initiated conversations with us making sure all was going well.2 suggestions:1. I would request there be some way to dispose of recyclables. We saved up all of our recycling during the 5 days (a lot more than the actual garbage), but we had no where to dispose of it and we did not have room in our vehicle to haul it out with us. It was a sick feeling placing that large garbage bags of recyclable material into the dumpster, but we had no other option.2. Make a luggage cart accessible. We had a family of four stay 5 nights. The McDonalds room is on the 3rd floor furthest from the elevator. We had to make SEVERAL trips due to bringing more than just our suitcases (food, fans, guitar, cooler, etc) Having both a Kroger and a Publix grocery store “right there” was a super bonus! And, some may (or may not) be “lovin’ it”; McDonalds also shares the general lot.
