Inaccurate description of beds-

The stairs up to the property were really dirty. We walked into the loft and it was beautiful and clean. We quickly found out that the loft doesn’t have a queen sized bed like advertised and there is NO sleeper sofa in the living area so we were short beds. There were no blankets. The bedding was cheap feeling sheets and top cover was a waffled sheet. The downstairs bath with the king room could not control the water temperature in the shower. It was only an on off switch… very weird! Also there were very few drinking cups. You can have 12 people in the house, but only 3 glass cups???? For the price we paid, the location was great, place was pretty, but bedding missing, kitchen items missing and really upset with the lack of beds. Management responded quickly and I encourage them to change the false advertising. Very disappointed and had to find other places for people to sleep.

Over all stay was good. Property manager Chloe was FABULOUS. I have been reading that for over 9 months the ceiling fans did not work and that there were some temperature issues with previous guests. I requested box fans prior to my arrival and they were not there. Chloe responded quickly and had two delivered.Negatives:Each guest was only provided with one bath towel for a 4 night stay. No washer & dryer. Induction cook top with only three pots that could work but no frying pan. No cookie sheets. One glass bakeware so we made an egg casserole for breakfast. Room with Queen bed was so stuffy even with the fan. Had to sleep with the door open.Front door entrance is right next door to a vape & smoke shop. Encountered many people standing in front of our entrance smoking as we were coming and going.

Disappointed

Great location to Broadway. Very nice unit but nowhere did it state until the final confirmation that there was no elevator and 24 steps to the front door. That would have been great if I wasn’t with a 70’s plus crowd. Hot water didn’t work in one of the bathrooms. Had to have two maintenance calls. Power went out in basement. Freezer flooded..Best part was on the 3rd day we found a suitcase in one of the bedrooms that was not ours. Zero concession was offered for all of the hassles.

Great for groups/Great location

Unit layout was fantastic for our group of5 buddies getting together for a weekend. Location was easy walk to broadway and all the fun and lots of restaurants close by. Unit is Very clean and spacious. The only complaints was very spotty Wi-Fi, there were briefly some terrible odors coming in from the dumpsters in the back alley, and or the restaurant below and the vape shop underneath played techno music all night loud enough to hear but not loud enough to be a total nuisance. But overall great experience.

BEWARE! Looks good at first glance but many issues and poor communication.

At first glance, the loft was beautiful but we had multiple problems during our stay. The top bunks were unusable for safety reasons. The railings were wobbly and the support beams were bent. This left us with two less beds then advertised. We also only had 7 bath towels for 10 people and it took days for them to bring us more. The kitchen sink backed up when the dishwasher was run and there was no switch for the disposal. The fans didn't work. The upstairs was extremely hot and the downstairs was freezing. An HVAC tech came and fixed it but showed up a day later than he was scheduled to come. The pillows were blood stained and the mattresses had urine stains on them. The bathroom fan was filthy and the bathroom door has no lock or handle on it so you could see right in. The fire alarm started chirping during our stay. We reached out to VACASA and got no response. This lead to people being unable to sleep as it chirped all night long. The fridge had a sign that said it would take up to 48 hours for it to cool and the freezer door was open when we arrived. There were wires hanging out of the wall in the closet next to dirty laundry. There was also dirty towels under the bed. The light switches had been wired wrong so the switch at the bottom of the living room loft stairs only made the lights blink. This meant the lights had to be turned off at the top of the stairs and you had to walk down in the dark. Many of the issues could have easily been solved with better communication

Showers Lack Pressure

Everything else was great. At first, we didn't have hot water but the team came out and fixed it right away. Great Service! However, the pressure was just low, unless you turned the heat up and not everyone wants scalding water. Great property. I would stay again.

Horrible Experience

After receiving numerous confirmations that our unit was ready for our arrival, even one as our plane was landing that the unit was ready for early check-in, I, my wife and 6 close friends arrived only to find our unit completely torn apart for some kind of remodeling or damage repair. Kitchen floor and appliance torn out and scattered in the hallways, ceilings torn apart, etc. Customer service with VRBO and Vacasa was very unhelpful and we were left to our own devices to scramble and find another place to stay that could accommodate 8 guests. Extremely unpleasant experience.

Decent Rental

WiFi is too weak to allow internet TV to work, so despite the nice TV viewing areas, TVs do not work - and nor are you able to use the WiFi for your devices in a reliable way. Check-in was awful, given that the code instructions were incorrect and the phone assistance was unable to solve the issue. No washer/dryer - which was surprising. Otherwise, the sleeping rooms and bathrooms were nice.

Great Stay

The location was great and an easy walk to all the sights. The loft was clean and accomadated our party of 10 very well. We had to call customer service once for assistance, and they were very helpful and resolved the minor issue. I would recommend this spot to others.

Terrible Experience

Upon arrival, we couldn't enter the property. Had to text and call two numbers to get in about 30 minutes after arrival. Once we got in, we got smacked in the face with hundreds of gnats. The refrigerator didn't work for the first 2 days there. The bar ice machine had black mold (pics sent). The AC was out and it took over 24 hours to get it repaired. It was over 100° that weekend. Two of the rooms never had working AC or ceiling fans the entire stay. It was so hot, the room upstairs in the loft area was unusable. The bathroom in the first en suite didn't have hot water, so unusable. The 2nd bedroom upstairs had an ant infestation, so that room and bathroom were both unusable. By the end of our stay, the ants made it to the kitchen. Local Vacasa person said she'd bring over ant spray the first night, it was dropped off 3 days later. I paid A LOT OF MONEY for a 4 bedroom, 4 bath had 2 usable bedrooms, and 2 usable bathrooms. I was in contact with 2 vacasa contacts, neither of whom documented all of our issues (that was apparent when I called in Sept and she was able to check all my text communications, pictures, and videos sent). I contacted vacasa in September to discuss all the issues we had and that $250 was a slap in the face, the customer service contact put in the additional issues we had (they were refunding the $250 due to the AC issues only) and said she'd let me know what "management" decides. Never heard back, so contacted them in Jan. and discovere

My 60th birthday party

We all loved the loft and the location. Plenty of room for all of us, close to everything, just a few glitches. Had trouble with the door codes when we arrived. The main floor shower is too hot or you have no water pressure. This is not a new problem so the owners have yet to address it. It would also be helpful to have info posted like user manuals and instructions for check out. Customer service isn't always able to help. Overall we were very happy with our stay.
