Health & Water: The water quality is appalling. After using the tap on my last day, I suffered a violent gastrointestinal reaction. The shower water is so harsh it "burnt" my skin barrier. "A gorgeous place to stay. We loved our time at Aquila and felt so relaxed and refreshed being there. The room was clean and cosy, especially with the fire on. The amenities were fantastic and the bottle of bubbly readily enjoyed! We both found the bed to be comfortable and had a real quality night's sleep. Couldn't fault it, thank you for having us! "

"Only a 1 night stay at Narre Warren Quest and the room was pretty average. Its not a super modern place but there were still a few pros, staff were really nice and friendly upon check in and check out, no charge for on site parking and the apartment had good insulation with it being so quiet as never heard a sound throughout my stay which is a win. Now the cons the bed wasnt that comfortable and pillows were thin and not supportive, the room itself had a bit of a stale smell about it especially...

"An easy to get to property centrally located. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and spacious, and very comfortable."

"The fruit was not freshly cut. The fresh juicer was broken. There were no glasses placed near the juice bar. The chicken sausages placed in the same heating compartment so if you can't eat pork, you can't eat the chicken sausages either. The rooms were very dusty and the hallway hadn't been vaccumed probably for months. On the plus side the staff were very helpful and accomodating which made my stay nice. Also, the lighting in the rooms are very poor"

"No plug in the sink. Fridge seals need cleaning, better still replacing. Fire alarm needs to be secured to the ceiling. No hand towel. General clean wouldn't hurt. "

We stayed in the smaller of the cottages, in need of basic maintenance with some halogen lights dimming and brightening constantly, taps in the bathroom dripping. The bed is quite small in length so was uncomfortable for my husband, he is 5'11. I will opt for the larger accommodation next time "
