"Onsen hotel in kyoto, the onsen and the massage chairs were fantastic. Staff spoke a small amount of English and were able to sort out most issues that we had. Rooms were extremely dark, but the bed and pillows were hard, it took some adjustments for my wife and I to get to sleep."

"外国人のツアーの方達で、チェックインをする夕方も、翌日の朝もロビーは大変混んでいました。チェックイン時はチェックインのためにかなり待ち、客室へのエレベーターにもなかなか乗れませんでした。 チェックイン時に2人のスタッフの方だけが対応されていたのですが、もう少し対応してくださる方が多いとスムーズにいくと思います。 このことを除けば、大満足の滞在でした。 アイロンを使用する場合は、お願いするとアイロンとアイロンだいを部屋まで持ってきてくださるので、大変助かりました。安全上の理由から、使用時間は1時間程度とされています。"
