ホテル利用が少ないからエレベーターに乗る際に部屋カードがいることを知らず 何度か乗り降りして最後にスタッフに聞きやっと乗れました エレベーター入口に立て看板あったけど 見てなかった 事前に通知ってあったのかなあ

This hotel was perfect! Close to Shinjuku station! The room was clean, spacious, comfortable, and quiet. We had a room next to the elevator which made us nervous for noise and we literally could not hear any noise. We would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.
