"Wonderful hotel with high quality restaurant. Rooms are large and well appointed. Staff are helpful and friendly. Be sure to have breakfast and meals in the hotel restaurant. The food is creatively prepared with quality ingredients. Hotel is short walk to Ueno station so convenient to many areas in Tokyo. This is one of the nicest hotels at which I’ve stayed in Tokyo."

"Friendly staff, great kitchen with lots of equipment, free beer in the evening. Room was clean and comfortable. Located in a nice area near Ueno park, and not too close to crowded tourist traps. The shower gel, shampoo and conditioner were all surprisingly really good quality too."

"Superb location, right in the centre of Ueno with enough bustling yet with space and peace at the same time. Close to multiple train stations within 3-5 minutes walk, and Ameyoko shopping street! Many good restaurants around too. It’s very welcoming to return to this brightly lit hotel every day. Room was spacious for a solo traveller, bed was huge and comfortable. Staff were also really helpful and friendly. Would stay again!"
