Staff was extremely helpful, there was a grocery store and 711 so close, and it was really convenient for access to the larger Tokyo area with Ueno and Inaricho station nearby. "The room is quite big compared to other hotels in the area. We opted for the western-japanese with a balcony which was GREAT. Service at reception was very nice too and helped us with the TA-Q-BIN and other issues. It's near the station, very convenient. NOTE: As other guests said, the train tracks are near so you could expect some noise, but with the double window we did not have any issue, it's like a murmur at night and should not disrupt your sleep."
