"Hotel antiguo muy buen conservado. Conserva el glamour de los años 20. Todo recién pintado. La habitación que da a la montaña es un poco pequeña, pero agradable, .Cama y almohadas muy cómodas. Cafetera Nespresso. Lástima no ponen agua de cortesía. El desayuno es muy bueno y muy completo. Productos de gran calidad en un entorno con una gran vista sobre el lago. Los jardines están muy bien alrededor de la piscina y con magníficas vistas al lago. El precio un poco caro.

Entrance and access were convenient and easy, location very good, with bus stops within a 2-3 minute walk, the Lido/Cassarate area only 12-15 minute walk, and downtown only a 20-minute or so walk. "We had a great stay at Hotel Firenze Lugano! The receptionist was so sweet and welcoming, which set a really nice tone for our visit. The location was perfect for us — we walked the Olive Trail to Gandria right from the hotel, and it was a beautiful and manageable distance.
We also ate at the onsite restaurant and really enjoyed it — the food was lovely and the atmosphere was relaxed. While there’s no dedicated parking, we were able to find parking nearby without too much trouble.

"Bigatt is the nicest surprise I have ever had for a hotel stay. The staff, the fresh and clean atmosphere, the pool (swimming outdoors in the alps on Halloween was not expected), the dinner made from a fresh on the grounds garden, the house wine also made on the grounds, the stunning views of Lugano, and also the story of the place all make it a rare find while traveling. Bigatt is the real deal for hospitality and stay here if can. I will try to be back some day. "
