"Insgesamt hatten wir eine sehr gute Zeit und würden das Hotel wieder buchen. Die Lage ist grundsätzlich gut, besonders für Ausflüge Richtung Marina Bay Sands & Gardens by the bay (nur eine Station mit der MRT). Man sollte allerdings wissen, dass das Hotel keinen direkten MRT-Anschluss hat. Zur nächsten Station läuft man etwa 10–15 Minuten und der Weg ist anfangs etwas versteckt, da man durch ein Einkaufszentrum gehen muss. "저는 이 호텔의 프라이빗한 느낌이 좋았어요. 제대로 쉬는 느낌이었고, 뷰가 아름다웠었어요. 조식은 매일 조금씩 메뉴가 바뀌었고 전반적으로 청소 상태도 매우 양호했습니다. 재방문 의사가 있습니다."

"We truly enjoyed our stay at the Conrad in Marina Bay. I was able to go for a 3mile run and see the beautiful landmarks. The staff was amazingly helpful. Shout out to Eron for his welcoming and also the main concierge very kind to offer water after my run. Would definitely stay here again."

"I booked a room two weeks in advance. After placing the booking, I noticed that the guest name was entered incorrectly. I immediately canceled it through Expedia and then made a new booking. However, the hotel said there is no refund for the incorrect booking. I explained that I only canceled because the name was wrong and then rebooked immediately, but they still replied: no refund."

"部屋はとても綺麗で清潔。広さも十分。毎日のミネラルウォーターボトル2本補充もありがたい。朝食のビュッフェは一般的で必要十分だがシンガポールらしさはあまり感じなかった。部屋にカードキーを忘れたときのフロントの対応はスムースでよかった。部屋の冷房は温度調節ができず、設定した希望温度にはいつまでたってもならない。ホテル内はエレベーター内を除いて基本的にどこも寒い。上着は必須です。チェックアウトしてスーツケースを引っ張ってタクシーに向かっていたらスタッフが手伝いを申し出てくれた。自分で運ぶと伝えるもさらに2度の申し出があり、折れてお願いしたらそのスタッフにスーツケースを外に出たところでかなりの勢いで倒され、中にワインボトルがあったので肝を冷やした。Sorryとおっしゃっていましたし、結局ワインは割れずに済みましたが、最後まで自分で運べばよかったと反省しました。"

"The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was lovely and air-conditioned with a most welcome fridge and kettle/tea/coffee. Breakfast buffet was excellent and served until 10am. There was an outdoor pool, but we didn't use it. Only a few minutes walk to the underground station at City Hall. Paid for a late check-out (6pm), which was perfect for a late flight home."
