"Staff Is attentive. Exceded my expectations."

"Left my wallet on Friday in my room and no calls back after calling dozens of calls! Buyer beware"

"reasonably located for its convenience , the hotel sits at the heart of many local attractions and cruise port terminal"

"I stayed at the Rover over the weekend, and it was an outstanding stay. When you hear "boutique hotel without a reception," you tend to expect an affordable but impersonal experience. That wasn't the case here. I was greeted at the property by the property manager, Emily, who was warm and welcoming from the start. She gave me plenty of recommendations on where to visit and eat, and they were genuine local picks rather than tourist traps. Although her shift ended at 7, she stayed a little longer...

"I honestly thought that this stay was gonna be nice based on the pictures, but unfortunately the room was nothing like the pictures conveyed. The rooms were very dirty. My room specifically had mold coming out of the AC not to mention the floor that I was staying on and the room smelled very bad, almost like a scent of cigarettes or marijuana. Despite my efforts of trying to communicate with the owner, I was not able to effectively communicate with them, and I was not able to get any type of...

"Really disappointed. Room wasn't made up when we arrived. Didn't have enough towels, pillows and no bedding for the sofa bed. Power went off whilst we were there, booked late check out and staff then locked us out of room. Was back and forth to reception throughout our stay. Whilst waiting for our pick up, my 8 year old needed the toilet. Asked at reception and was told didn't have toilets, asked what we should do and was basically told tough! 8"

"Excelente ubicacion"

"The place was so cute. Clean. Outdoor seating. Lots of plants everywhere. So beautiful. One block from Calle 8/Little Havana and all the restaurants. We do recommend."

"Good location in Little Havana. The bathroom is small. If you ever owned an RV or trailer it’s like that. Finagling yourself on the toilet and taking a shower are an interesting challenge. Plus the walls are thin and could hear the neighbors 5 am music being played - not ideal. But it’s clean & had a small kitchenette, which was nice."

"No blanket…. Breakfast can’t be really called breakfast so don’t rely on it"
