It was a shame the bar wasn’t open earlier and it would have been nice to have a coffee during the day, maybe reception staff could have done this? A little far out from the centre but of you are happy to walk 40 mins or so not a problem. Bus was also available but couldn’t work out how to pay for that without paying double on the bus!"

"The property was great. The rides on the tram were anything but good. Crowded, my travel companion had his cell phone stolen by a pickpocket on our first day. The second day, another thief got his waller out of a zippered pocket under his shirt, but someone on the train saw it. We were able to chase the thief and he threw the wallet on the ground. Hold everything very close to you. Florence was beautiful, but I would never go there again. In the two days there, there were at least acts...

"We got a spacious new room on the third floor, and 1 modern/renovated bathroom, The room had a special acess requiring a physical key. AC worked well except for minor glitches with AC remote, but it cooled very well. They even provided 2 floor fans with our request. Good location, and customer service. Many good Italian and Indian food places and shopping very close. Walkable to many tourist places. Overall worth for the money paid, but wish we had 2 bathrooms (as we have 2 kids). Included...
