"La habitación está bien, le falta un poco de luz pero imagino que en verano debe estar fenomenal. El problema viene cuando llega el fresco y entiendo que por ahorrar no ponen apenas la calefacción. Aparte de ello, desde el primer momento pedí una factura que finalmente no me han enviado ni hecho. El día de mi partida, habían avisado al fontanero a las 8:30 de la mañana, por lo que tuve que salir media hora antes de lo que pensaba."

"Room didn’t look like it was hoovered. Tv in room wouldn’t work. Shower stopped working and hot tap in room didn’t work. Other than that for the price we payed it was good and I would recommend if you’re on a tight budget."

"Whole stay was disgraceful. On arrival there was no record of the 2 rooms I had booked. After proving the booking through Expedia, the manager told us to cancel our Expedia booking to get things sorted. One room put in neighbouring hotel. Both rooms had a new price which took an original quote of £550 up to £850. The hotel was more akin to a construction site than a hotel as the owners claimed to have only taken over the hotel 2 months prior, were revamping the place and were 'opening' on the...

"Lovely clean hotel, very polite and friendly staff giving a very warm welcome. Our only problem was the pressure in shower was very low and the mattress was cheap and flimsy. "

"Unable to contact staff during the few hours i stayed. The bathroom had an alarming amount of mold. I left the hotel hours after checking in, unable to make a complaint on account t of a lack of staff."

Would have felt safer if other clients remembered to close the inner front door, which was on a keypad lock!! A couple of minor things which I mentioned directly to the Mode people - but not a deal-breaker!"
