"Room didn’t look like it was hoovered. Tv in room wouldn’t work. Shower stopped working and hot tap in room didn’t work. Other than that for the price we payed it was good and I would recommend if you’re on a tight budget."

"The host cancelled my booking the day before I was due to book in because I use a walking stick and the room was on the middle floor. When I made the booking there was no mention on the booking page about about difficulties I may have. The reason given was not enough room on the expedia page. I was also refused a refund, which I find very disappointing as it was the host who cancelled my booking, not myself. Very disappointed allround."

"Unable to contact staff during the few hours i stayed. The bathroom had an alarming amount of mold. I left the hotel hours after checking in, unable to make a complaint on account t of a lack of staff."

"Breakfast was absolutely delicious, the room was beautiful, a travel cot was provided for my baby and my bed was very comfortable, one of the comfiest beds I’ve slept in. "Whole stay was disgraceful. On arrival there was no record of the 2 rooms I had booked. After proving the booking through Expedia, the manager told us to cancel our Expedia booking to get things sorted. One room put in neighbouring hotel. Both rooms had a new price which took an original quote of £550 up to £850. The hotel was more akin to a construction site than a hotel as the owners claimed to have only taken over the hotel 2 months prior, were revamping the place and were 'opening' on the...
