"We had a very good stay at the Casa. View of the mountains and sunset is the best you can get. The owner is superb and was very responsive and made everything possible to make our stay comfortable. He even left us some beers, coffee etc which was amazing and I appreciate the gesture.Improvements needed:It got very hot and the windows did not have grills or mesh and so opening them was a bit risky (bugs). "Our stay at this property was a complete nightmare. Upon arrival, we were given a digital code to enter, but the keypad didn’t work—either it had no batteries or was broken. When I called the host, she was completely unaware that guests were arriving that day. She eventually gave us another code for a non-digital lockbox, which had a physical key.
