"The room was very clean and comfortable. We slept well. No noise at all on the high floors. I had a service issue and staff were concerned and were addressing the problem. All communications were clear and considerate. I found the area of town close to all the things a traveling couple require. I would return here and recommend it."

Deze is echt gedateerd en niet fris om te verblijven. Voor 1 nacht was het te doen. Maar meubilair moet wcht vervangen worden. De bekleding van de eetstoelen was gescheurd. Bak en feautuils ingezakt. "The location is fantastic and the staff are very kind and helpful! We had a private room so we didn’t feel unsafe. However the condition of the hostel and the cleanliness of the room could be vastly improved. "

"I stayed at the Bilderberg 2 years ago and thought it was excellent. So much so that I returned to the Bilderberg this year. The facility has been renovated and the results are beautiful. The lobby is open and multiple check in kiosks/computers are available. The rooms seemed larger to me and the decor was wonderful. Breakfast at the Bilderberg was more than adequate and I hate the thought of returning to my old breakfast practices in America.(Maybe I can do it on weekends.) The staff is...

"Ik ben hier meerdere malen geweest en bevalt altijd prima. Deze keer was mijn kamer niet schoongemaakt, de zeepdispensers waren wel opgehangen, maar niet gevuld. Onhandig. Hoop op verbetering volgende keer."

"The toilets and showers were very clean! The pod was also as we expected. The only thing we disliked was that the ventilation in our pod wasn't working correctly, so it got very hot in there and we also got headaches in the morning. In general it was a great experience, but due to the poor ventilation, I wouldn't stay longer than a night. The location is also very central in Rotterdam, so it is easy to walk around in the city."
