"帰国便が金浦空港早朝発だったので利用しました。国際線ターミナルまで徒歩3分本当によかったです。夜11時過ぎに金浦空港駅からホテルに行く導線も案内通りで難なくこなせました。アメニティー類は最低限ですが(歯ブラシなし、紙コップ)何も問題ありませんでした。"

"シャワーの出し方が分かりにくかったので日本語で使い方を書いて欲しい。部屋は3人部屋でソファーもテーブルも有り良かったです。エアコンの換気口から夜中水が垂れてきて大変でした。洗面台の水抜き栓が閉じていて水の流し方を聞きました。スマホの充電がUSBとか日本製で出来るのは良いのですが、充電が不充分な事が多かった。"

"Our family of 4 stayed in a 2 bedroom suite. It was just big enough for all of us. The beds were super comfortable and the washer and dryer was a wonderful amenity! There’s a convenient store in the building as well as restaurants below the hotel. There’s lobby was always packed with travelers, so we knew it was a popular location. We would love to stay here again the next time we’re in Seoul!"

"Unfortunately, my stay was not very comfortable.
One of the biggest issues was the bathroom's sliding door. It would not stay fully closed and kept sliding open on its own, which was quite inconvenient. I would especially not recommend this hotel for couples who value privacy.
The soundproofing was also poor. The walls seemed very thin, and I could clearly hear the woman in the neighboring room walking around in high heels, which was quite disturbing.
I even spotted small bugs several times,...

"Great central location. Room was larger than I expected. And good to have laundry facilities in the hotel too. Only downside was room temperature wouldn’t go below 21 degrees so was a bit hot for sleeping and sometimes there was a bit of a slight not so nice smell came through air con."

"I had high expectations for the Lotte Hotel Seoul given its reputation, but unfortunately had a very poor experience. Despite the premium location, I got multiple flea bites after the first night. The itching and discomfort were significant and affected the rest of my trip.
Staff response was mediocre at best when reported. For a luxury hotel, this level of pest issue is unacceptable and concerning regarding cleanliness standards.
I cannot recommend staying here until this is properly addressed....

"All the staff were very kind, and the receptionist made a phone call for me when I needed help to talk to one of the tourism companies. The room is a bit small, but very clean and efficient floor plan and equipment. I would definitely visit there whenever I go to South Korea."
