HOTEL THE BOTANIK SEWOON MYEONGDONG
"Location was ok Room clean Shower floor is very slippery when wet. I fell 😩 The front desk personnel not friendly and do not smile The elevators are horrible during busy times. Not synchronized!! We had to wait sometimes 3 minutes for one. And sometimes stopped on floors without anyone"

Lotte Hotel World
"・立地が最高によかった。ホテルとモールが連結してるので、慣れると良かった。空港ホテル間のバスがあり、荷物がある場合にはとても便利だった。 ・北村、景福宮、ミョンドン、イクソンドンなどの観光名所にたくさん行く場合には、少し遠いかもしれない。 ・周りには湖があり、ロッテワールドタワーがとても綺麗に見える。初日から知ってたらもっとよかった。部屋からの景色の眺めもいいが、窓の汚れが少しあるためもったいない。 ・歯磨き粉、歯ブラシはあるにはあるが、 有料のため持ってくると良い。 ・スタッフの人は笑顔で、英語でも丁寧に対応してくれるためよかった。バスの予定表もすぐに出してくれた。 ・部屋の中は、清潔で高級感がある。 ..."
